Refund & Return Policy

At LusoSocks, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We want you to be happy with your purchase, and this policy outlines how we handle returns, refunds, and replacements.


1. All Sales Are Final 

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on socks that have been worn, opened, or removed from their original packaging, unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.

Please double-check your order details and shipping address before completing your purchase.


2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or defective, please contact us at lusogripsocks@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product and packaging.
  • Claims submitted after 7 days may not be accepted.

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer either:

  • A replacement of the affected item(s), or
  • A refund to your original payment method (at our discretion).

3. Missing Orders or Items

If your package does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us with your order number.

LusoSocks is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
  • Packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery
  • Carrier or customs delays beyond our control

4. Return Eligibility for Non-Worn Items

If you purchased socks but have not opened or used them, you may request a return or exchange within 15 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order number) is provided
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect

5. How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or file a claim:

  • Include your full name, order number, and reason for the request
  • Attach photos if the product is damaged or incorrect

We aim to respond within 1–4 business days.


6. Refund Processing

If your refund is approved, it will be applied to your original payment method. Please allow 4–10 business days for processing, depending on your bank or card provider.
