Thank you for shopping with LusoSocks! This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the delivery of products purchased through our website.


1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the following regions:

  • Portugal (including Azores and Madeira)

Please ensure that you provide accurate delivery information when placing your order. LusoSocks is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.


2. Order Processing Times

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.

  • Orders placed after 12:30 will be processed the next business day.


3. Shipping Rates*

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on delivery location, shipping method, and order weight.

  • Free standard shipping is available for all orders over 45€ (Portugal only).

  • Any applicable taxes or surcharges imposed by carriers will be the responsibility of the customer.


4. Order Tracking

All shipped orders include tracking.

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched.

  • Orders can be tracked directly through the carrier’s website or using the link provided in the email.


5. Lost or Delayed Shipments

LusoSocks is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

  • Carrier delays

  • Events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics)

If your order appears lost or is significantly delayed, please contact us at lusogripsocks@gmail.com with your order number. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.


6. Refused or Undeliverable Orders

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

  • Reshipment will be arranged once the product is returned and the additional shipping fee is paid.
